Responsibilities
Plan and execute deployments of ECCOX software in client environments;
Perform technical configurations, parameterizations, and adjustments according to the environment;
Act as Level 2 technical support, resolving complex incidents;
Support the Commercial and Pre-sales teams in POCs and technical demonstrations;
Conduct technical and functional training for clients and partners;
Serve as a post-sale technical consultant, advising on best practices for usage;
Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, guides, and playbooks;
Work collaboratively with Delivery, Product, Development, and Support teams.
Requirements
Experience in enterprise software deployment and support (on-premises or cloud).
Knowledge of mainframe environments (z/OS, DB2, JCL) and open platforms (Linux, Windows, APIs).
Ability to perform technical and functional software analysis.
Experience in troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident resolution.
Basic knowledge of databases (DB2, SQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident tracking tools.
Advanced English.
Experience with proof of concepts (POCs) and technical presentations (desirable).
Experience in technical training and user enablement (desirable).
Technical Spanish (desirable).
Technical certifications (ITIL, database, IBM tools, DevOps) (desirable).
