About the role
- IT Consultant implementing and supporting medical diagnostics software solutions for clients. Collaborating with engineering team and providing training and support for users in clinical environments.
Responsibilities
- Installation and setup of medicalvalues solutions at our clients' sites in laboratories, hospitals and medical practices, including connection/configuration to on‑site IT systems (hospital information systems / practice management systems)
- Supporting clients with integration of our applications into their IT infrastructure and network (telematics infrastructure, printers, card readers, etc.)
- Conducting training sessions and providing user support
- Serving as the point of contact for customers in support cases
Requirements
- You have professional experience in IT consulting or are eager to start a career in this area
- You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or hold a comparable qualification
- Customer-oriented with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in German and English
- Goal-oriented working style, quick comprehension, and proactive contribution of your own ideas
