Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor the restaurants' operational routine, anticipating potential issues and proposing continuous improvements
- Work directly on standardization and protection of the Spoleto brand
- Provide support to restaurants, franchisees and their teams, building a solid and reliable partnership
- Ensure and assist in maintaining the Brand's quality and service processes
- Conduct analyses of operational and financial indicators, resulting in improvements for both franchisees and the network.

- Availability to travel (by car and by plane)
- Availability for initial training outside the region of residence
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
