About the role

• Financial Analyst supporting financial routines at Sanrlei Polini Engenharia Consultiva. Responsible for accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable routines, ensuring correct execution of processes;
• Prepare and schedule payments, conducting checks and making adjustments when necessary;
• Monitor cash flow and receivables;
• Monitor delinquency cases daily, conducting collections and follow-ups;
• Prepare financial reports, especially accounts payable reports, to support decision-making;
• Post financial entries in the system and in control spreadsheets;
• Perform bank reconciliations;
• Issue invoices and send them to clients;
• Support negotiations of amounts and payment adjustments, as authorized by management;
• Contact internal departments to resolve financial pending issues, making corrections and necessary adjustments;
• Maintain organization of the financial department's documents and files.

Requirements

• Previous experience with accounts payable and receivable
• Proactive, organized and resilient profile
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a dynamic environment
• Results-oriented, responsible for deliverables and good time management
• Genuine desire to learn, develop and grow professionally
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
