Responsibilities
Serve as the primary People & Culture partner for assigned facilities.

3+ years of experience within an HR function as a generalist or a combination of generalist and talent acquisition experience.
Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make sound HR decisions.
