Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Finance, Business, Engineering)
- 10+ years of experience in program/project delivery and application management within SAP environments, including Finance, in multinational organizations
- Strong knowledge of SAP analytics landscape and enterprise integration technologies
- Proven ability to lead BI, data, and application integration programs in a global context
- Experience managing global SAP‑related projects across diverse cultural environments
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with multiyear people‑management and team‑building experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while driving change and innovation
- Proficiency in using advanced software tools and platforms relevant to program and portfolio management
