Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site, telephone and video interpreting services
  • Undertake interpreter booking functions
  • Work in inpatient and outpatient services
  • Monitor interpreter bookings and ensure timely compliance
  • Identify improvement opportunities and escalate issues

Requirements

  • Professional Interpreter skills in Karenni
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to support patients and families in making informed health decisions
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and complies with legal standards
  • Comply with information security and management requirements
  • Ability to report breaches of confidentiality or information management
