Responsibilities
- Translate raw English content—text, audio, and video—into multiple target languages with precision and cultural sensitivity.
- Ensure the translated audio and text integrate smoothly back into eLearning modules.
- Proofread, edit, and refine translated content for accuracy, grammar, tone, and style consistency.
- Review final outputs to ensure high-quality learner experiences across languages.
- Use translation and media tools such as MS Copilot, HeyGen, and Clipchamp to produce polished multilingual assets.
- Work within authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360 to support content integration.
- Research industry-specific terminology and maintain glossaries and terminology databases.
- Uphold linguistic consistency across modules and languages.
- Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and global teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and timely delivery.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally within the eLearning or L&D domain.
- Proven experience creating or supporting eLearning content.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
- Familiarity with AI-powered translation and media tools.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a global environment.
