About the role
- Data Center Security Officer responsible for conducting patrols and controlling access. Ensuring security and safety in data center facilities while monitoring surveillance and reporting issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrol (interior and/or exterior)
- Control access and egress, ensuring only authorized personnel are permitted
- Monitor closed-circuit televisions and alarm systems
- Compose reports and deter criminal activity
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Maintain access logs and manage traffic flow at gates
- Contribute to communication and awareness of security policies
Requirements

- Able to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen
- Must have a Valid Guard Card
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs
