About the role

  • Associate Account Executive driving sales and AI integration for Slack's Enterprise customers. Simplifying workflows and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive ACV within the Enterprise segment by identifying, navigating, and closing opportunities
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand customer pain points and recommend solutions
  • Manage multiple customer accounts through the Slack buying cycle
  • Partner with Solution Engineers and Customer Success for collaboration
  • Act as the 'Voice of the Customer', gathering feedback for product improvement

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience (preferably in SaaS)
  • Highly driven, flexible, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Articulate and poised, able to simplify complex technical concepts
  • A passion for AI agents and automation
  • Degree or equivalent experience (leadership in extracurriculars, military service, or volunteer roles valued)
