About the role
- Senior Technical Architect at Salesforce leading complex Salesforce solutions for Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. Guiding clients on digital transformations with hands-on support and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions specifically tailored for RCG challenges
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders
- Proactively suggest best practices based on the latest Salesforce releases
- Own the technical and functional scope throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide technical governance and mentorship to large, diverse teams
- Willing and able to solve high-complexity technical hurdles or build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) when required
Requirements
- 12+ years in IT with at least 5+ years specifically in the Retail/Consumer Goods domain
- Proven track record of delivering at least 2–3 large-scale, complex engagements for global RCG brands
- Deep understanding of RCG-specific flows: Route-to-market, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Scheme Management and B2B/B2C Commerce
- Extensive experience with Apex, LWC, Integrations (REST/SOAP/Middleware), and Salesforce Shield
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks; expertise in designing for high-volume data and complex security models
- Application/System Architect certifications and at least 6 domain badges
- Agentforce certification is highly preferred
