About the role
- Tech Lead Java designing and developing backend solutions while leading a technical team in an agile environment. Joining Capgemini's Agile Delivery Center in Spain to collaborate on international projects.
Responsibilities
- Como Tech Lead Java, participarás en el diseño y desarrollo de soluciones backend, liderando técnicamente al equipo y trabajando en un entorno ágil e internacional.
- Colaborarás con equipos multidisciplinares, tomarás decisiones técnicas y contribuirás a la mejora continua de la arquitectura, los patrones de diseño y los procesos de desarrollo.
Requirements
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia trabajando en proyectos de gran escala y desarrollo con Java 8+.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia con SpringBoot.
- Idealmente experiencia en arquitectura de Microservicios.
- Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos con metodologías ágiles.
- Participación y control en todas las fases del desarrollo de software.
- Git & CI/CD (Jenkins, Travis, GitLab, TeamCity, etc.).
- Buenas habilidades comunicativas.
- Nivel intermedio/avanzado de Inglés.
- Conocimientos valorables: WebLogic o relacionados con J2EE Application Servers, PasS, Kubernetes, ECS, Kafka, SharePoint...
- REST, SOAP, HTTP, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Oracle y conceptos generales de desarrollo web.
- Contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Data Analytics en AWS, RDS o Redshift.
- AWS IoT.
