Partner with Marketing M&A deal leads and Corporate Development during due diligence to gather and analyze marketing information such as org structures, budgets, and MarTech tools.
Identifying integration requirements, risks, and opportunities that inform deal and post-close decisions.
Design and maintain repeatable processes, templates, and integration playbooks that improve efficiency, consistency, and data integrity across integrations.
Act as a liaison across Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, and Finance teams, ensuring shared understanding, timely decisions, and cohesive execution throughout the deal lifecycle.
Build and maintain integration dashboards and progress reports for Marketing leadership. Track key metrics, identify trends, and communicate outcomes clearly.
Manage integration budgets, purchase requests, and spending approvals to maximize cost efficiencies during the integration process.
Requirements
7-10 years in marketing operations, program management, or M&A integration.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate work across multiple teams.
Strong project management skills with experience running multi-team initiatives.
Skilled at building structure and process in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
