About the role

  • Connecting Revenue Operations actions with Customer Success team operations while optimizing customer touchpoints. Ensuring training demands are met and managing data and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Connect Revenue Operations initiatives with the Customer Success team’s operations
  • Playbooks and Automation: Create and maintain the process library
  • Map and optimize customer touchpoints, ensuring the customer journey is fully covered
  • Support RevOps in visibility of recurring revenue and churn predictability
  • Training: Ensure the team’s training needs are met and maintain a defined, structured training roadmap
  • Data: Manage and build data and reports to support the team, improving tactical visibility of the operation
  • Incentives: Ensure incentive programs comply with rules and identify opportunities to improve metrics and policies

Requirements

  • Experience as a PMO or in task/project management
  • Comfortable with Excel, BI tools and data logic
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or another compatible CRM
  • G Suite
  • Knowledge of Metabase
