About the role

  • Senior Clerk assisting customers in crisis at the Hope Florida Program. Responsible for providing access to services and resources at the Department of Children and Families.

Responsibilities

  • This position reports directly to the Hope Florida Program office.
  • This position will function as a Clerk.
  • This is a professional position which is responsible for helping customers that are in crisis by accessing a wide variety of services and resources that can assist staff, as well as the customers.
  • Demonstrating professionalism competency, working well with others.
  • Communicating clearly, and effectively listening to customers.
  • Assist with other duties as requested.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of clerical work in a professional setting or contact/ customer service experience serving members of the public.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
