Responsibilities
- Own the complete Salesforce delivery lifecycle, managing scope, timelines, risks, resourcing, and dependencies
- Lead Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe
- Develop and manage integrated project plans and delivery roadmaps
- Drive stakeholder alignment through effective communication
- Establish and enforce delivery governance, standards, and best practices
- Plan and optimise project resourcing, manage budgets and forecasts
Requirements
- 12+ years of total experience in the IT industry
- 5+ years delivering Salesforce projects
- Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Industry clouds
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle
- Salesforce Certifications (any one): Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant
- Project / Agile Management Certification (any one): PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2, CSM, or PSM
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), MS Project
- Awareness and practical exposure to AI-enabled delivery tools (e.g., Gemini, Notebook LM)
- Willingness to travel on a need basis
