Responsibilities
Provide senior oversight of program management support activities
Oversee the preparation and management of Work Plans for supported lines of business and associated work streams
Review work progress with task leads, line of business managers, and DFS leadership
Oversee the development and submission of consolidated Monthly Status Reports
Coordinate communication and collaboration between program management staff, other contract teams, system development contractors, and Government stakeholders
Support coordination of meetings and documentation of decisions, risks, issues, and action items
Ensure program management activities align with OCSE processes, governance requirements, and program priorities
Requirements
B.S. in social work or related field
Minimum of 15 years of relevant child support services and enforcement experience
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
Eligible to complete the HHS background verification process at the Public Trust clearance level
PMP Certification (preferred)
Experience with the Division of Federal Systems (DFS) and the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS)
Masters Degree in social services-related field (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Project) and MS SharePoint
