Responsibilities
- Organization, planning, preparation and execution of projects in the areas of heat protection, cold protection and structural fire protection as well as related trades
- Responsibility for project management and leadership of project and site teams
- Technical consulting for our customers in the process industry and building services engineering
- Preparation of measurements and documentation
- Cost estimation and preparation of quotes and change orders
- Preparation of specifications and planning documents
- Ensuring all technical, scheduling and economic objectives are met
- Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
- Project tracking and project controlling
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or vocational training as a technician
- Initial experience in project management of construction-related projects desirable
- Some experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge advantageous
- Strong cost awareness
