Digital Account Executive focusing on enterprise sales in Salesforce’s Data, AI, Marketing, and Personalization solutions. Engaging with clients in Romania, Bulgaria, and CIS for driving growth.
Responsibilities
Own and lead the entire sales cycle for Salesforce’s Data, AI, Marketing, Loyalty, and Personalization solutions
Serve as the trusted advisor to CxOs partners, guiding them on digital transformation strategies powered by Salesforce technology
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Romania, Bulgaria & CIS (Central Asia) region
Own the broader Account and Territory teams relationship
Generate business opportunities through networking and proactive prospecting
Lead consultative discussions to uncover customer needs
Drive brand awareness and market presence through industry events
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deliver consistent quarterly and annual sales performance
Collaborate with Solution Engineers to develop compelling product demonstrations
Ensure long-term customer success and expansion through positive relationship management
Requirements
Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales
Deep experience in consultative and solution selling
Ability to build and maintain relationships with CxOs-level executives, particularly CMOs, CDOs, CIOs
Solid understanding of the Data Imperative and Agentic Layer
Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Loyalty Cloud preferred but not required
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong eye for business with the ability to craft compelling narratives around digital transformation and customer experience innovation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in Romanian and English or Bulgarian and English or Russian and English required
