Responsibilities
Own the full sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, targeting enterprise and mid-sized customers across key verticals in Sweden
Champion Two’s brand and presence in the Swedish market, refining our secret sauce for the local flavor
Develop and execute outbound activities to bring new merchants into the Two ecosystem, manage and qualify inbound leads
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and clearly communicate the value of our B2B payment solutions
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, risk, finance) to deliver exceptional experiences for prospects and customers
Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to help shape our product and go-to-market approach
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting via CRM tools, tracking all activity and progress toward targets
Requirements
At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role (preferably in payments, e-commerce, or SaaS)
University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
A driven individual with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to consistently develop new contacts and leads while nurturing existing relationships
Demonstrated commercial insight with a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets
Proficient in managing intricate sales processes and engaging various stakeholders
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce and HubSpot) and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with an aptitude for adjusting your message to suit different audiences
A motivated self-starter who flourishes in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Inquisitive, collaborative, and focused on customer needs—constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and development
Fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory
