Responsibilities
Lead generation to grow Beverage solution business
Responsible to convert customers, sign installation agreements
Deliver on their sales targets
Track customer performance and take corrective actions for underperforming machines
Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, telesales, direct contact, etc.
Compliance to internal SOP's and processes
Ensure proper stock supply through accurate monthly forecast, manage sell out from BSP to operators, spare parts inventory
Requirements
Minimum 1 year in operations, preferably in the Out of Home environment
Experience in Sales or marketing
Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results
Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams
Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry
