About the role

  • Commercial Specialist focusing on beverage solutions and customer relationships in Egypt. Leading sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction through performance tracking and compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation to grow Beverage solution business
  • Responsible to convert customers, sign installation agreements
  • Deliver on their sales targets
  • Track customer performance and take corrective actions for underperforming machines
  • Implement effective spend strategy, optimizing leads generation process via trade shows, telesales, direct contact, etc.
  • Compliance to internal SOP's and processes
  • Ensure proper stock supply through accurate monthly forecast, manage sell out from BSP to operators, spare parts inventory

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in operations, preferably in the Out of Home environment
  • Experience in Sales or marketing
  • Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams
  • Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry
  • University Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management)
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus)
