Responsibilities
- Discover and analyze individual customer goals and challenges

- Design innovative solutions to address challenges on the Salesforce platform
- Present customized story-driven demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with sales team and primary contacts
- Provide customer feedback to product management and engineering teams
- Participate in training and certifications to acquire necessary knowledge
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in the non-profit sector or software industry
- Prior experience with technology and enterprise selling in the NGO space is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
- Ability to take complex technology and explain it in a simple way
- Comfort addressing how technology can deliver value
- Proficiency leading discussions with organizational leaders and individual contributors
- Technical expertise in CRM, AI, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Digital Marketing, or Community Engagement
- Salesforce Admin 201 and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant certifications preferred
