About the role
- Solution Architect providing technical guidance for Morpho's DeFi lending protocol. Accelerating expansion across the Americas through partnerships and support for integrators.
Responsibilities
- Join partner-facing calls alongside Business Development to answer technical questions and scope integrations, building trust and confidence with Americas-based teams
- Build proof-of-concepts, code snippets, and custom dashboards for integrators to accelerate their implementation of Morpho's protocol
- Provide hands-on technical support to integrators through Telegram and Slack channels to unblock implementation challenges in real-time
- Improve developer documentation and tutorials based on integrator feedback to create better onboarding experiences for future partners
- Forward bugs and product feedback from the field to internal engineering teams to drive continuous improvement of Morpho's products
- Proactively identify gaps in integration support processes and suggest improvements to enhance how Morpho serves builders globally
- Bridge timezone gaps by communicating technical details clearly with product teams at major platforms
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years working in web3/blockchain projects
- 3+ years as an integration engineer, solutions engineer, or developer relations professional
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and practical knowledge of Solidity
- Technical writing experience with the ability to create clear documentation and tutorials
- Fluency in English
- Optional but valuable: Experience with Python, Rust, or Go
