About the role

  • Solutions Consultant enhancing customer engagement and business success through Totara's learning platform expertise. Collaborating with sales, customer success, and partners to drive growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Support New Business and Strategic Bids – Bringing your knowledge, insight and buy-side perspective to how we present and position Totara
  • Drive Customer Success and Upsell Potential – Working with Customer Success colleagues as a L&D and LMS expert to supplement their knowledge with key customer discussions
  • Support and Enable the Totara Partner Network – Supporting larger partners, including GSI’s (Global System Integrators) as they build their expertise with Totara
  • Showcase Product Expertise and Leadership – At internal and external events as a Totara SME and Champion
  • Own and Evolve Demo Environments – Leading the work to improve how we showcase the power of Totara to new and existing customers

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience as a Totara administrator, L&D systems owner, learning consultant, or similar.
  • Familiarity with configuring Totara Learn, Perform, and/or Engage in real-world contexts.
  • Strong communication with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills and platform configuration ability.
  • Consultative, curious, and empathetic qualities.
