Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field
- Practical experience in building and operating cloud-based CRM solutions
- Salesforce experience is desirable
- IT affinity and knowledge of SaaS, databases, and CRM
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and team spirit
- Experience in project management and IT implementations
- Certifications for Salesforce Sales, Service, and/or Marketing Cloud are a plus
- Strong communication skills in German and English and willingness to travel for projects
