About the role

  • Technical Architect developing Salesforce solutions for Nonprofits at Salesfive. Collaborating with teams to deliver tailored Salesforce functionalities for clients in the NGO sector.

Responsibilities

  • Technical design and implementation: You design and implement tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients.
  • Client consulting: You advise our clients on Salesforce requirements and best practices and demonstrate scalable, future-proof solutions.
  • Quality and scalability review: You verify the technical compliance and scalability of our solutions, ensuring the highest standards are met.
  • Team collaboration: You work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient and successful project delivery.
  • Knowledge transfer: You stay up to date with Salesforce developments and actively share your expertise with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Salesforce development, ideally as a Technical Architect, with a focus on nonprofit organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning, and experience with the NPSP package and/or Nonprofit Cloud.
  • Understanding of NGO and foundation processes and their specific requirements.
  • Strong conceptual skills in translating client requirements into Salesforce features and workflows.
  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem best practices.
  • Leadership experience within technical teams and clear, effective stakeholder communication.
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce CTA (Certified Technical Architect) or Certified System Architect.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, combined with strong communication abilities.
