Responsibilities
Lead and develop the marketing team, providing continuous feedback, clear prioritization, and technical growth
Plan, execute and monitor marketing strategies focused on growth, acquisition, engagement, and retention in a SaaS context
Ensure execution of inbound marketing, performance, content, branding, events, and product launch campaigns
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Growth teams to ensure aligned messaging, positioning, and goals
Manage the marketing funnel (top, middle and bottom) with a focus on MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV and ROI
Track metrics and KPIs, producing analyses, learnings and data-driven action plans
Support product marketing strategies such as positioning, value propositions, launches and sales enablement
Ensure consistency of the Saipos brand across all touchpoints
Manage vendors, partners and marketing tools.
Requirements
Previous marketing experience in technology and/or SaaS companies
Experience in leadership or supervisory roles
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, inbound, paid media, SEO, CRM and marketing automation
Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
Experience with tools such as RD Station, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads (or similar)
Good communication, organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Collaborative profile with business acumen and results orientation
Test-and-learn mindset, rapid learning and continuous improvement.
