About the role

  • Data Analyst at Decolar responsible for creating performance dashboards and analyzing customer journeys. Collaborating in technology-driven projects to optimize travel experiences in Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Structure, maintain and automate performance dashboards using visualization tools;
  • Lead the understanding of the consumer journey and identify conversion triggers;
  • Act as the analytical arm on the area's priority projects;
  • Monitor critical KPIs and perform impact analyses on the P&L.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Proven track record in Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics or Strategic Planning.
  • Ability to connect technical marketing metrics with the company's real financial impact.
  • Skill in breaking down complex problems and structuring scalable solutions.
  • Full command of SQL for extracting and manipulating large datasets.
  • Advanced experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
  • Knowledge of Python or a similar language for data processing.
  • Advanced level in Excel/Sheets for financial modeling and fast analyses.
