About the role

  • Branding Manager overseeing venue branding across multiple SailGP events with a strong focus on inclusion. Managing installation teams and collaborating with local suppliers for consistent brand presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and implementation of venue branding plans and installation schedules.
  • Manage the delivery of all contractual branding obligations at events.
  • Lead and manage the global branding installer team on site at each SailGP event.
  • Manage outsourced installations end-to-end.
  • Ensure timely delivery of print-ready artwork by collaborating closely with the Creative Team.
  • Investigate, engage, and work closely with local branding suppliers.
  • Maintain and manage the global branding inventory.
  • Lead the entire branding procurement process, including sourcing and managing local branding suppliers.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in sports and event branding or similar field
  • Excellent performer under pressure
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Experience managing partner relationships
  • Strong on-site team leadership experience.
