Responsibilities
Location acquisition & portfolio growth: You identify market potential, pinpoint suitable parking garage and parking locations and develop them to a decision-ready stage.
Network management & market presence: You maintain a broad, established network of property owners, project developers, asset holders and municipal decision-makers.
Site assessment & business development: You analyse potential sites, assess commercial viability and develop viable operator and site concepts.
Negotiation & contract conclusion: You lead discussions and negotiations with owners, developers and other partners confidently and with a results-oriented approach.
Strategic development: You monitor market trends, analyse site potentials and derive insights to drive the further development of our expansion strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in site acquisition, expansion, project development or the real estate sector
Strong network with property owners, project developers, asset holders and municipal decision-makers
Experienced in off‑market sourcing and able to identify opportunities before they are publicly listed
Confident presence, excellent communication skills and strong negotiation ability
Structured and independent working style with a strong commercial awareness and understanding of site potential
Willingness to travel; business‑fluent German and very good English; strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
