Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for all sales activities within the federal authorities sector, including internal and external security
Lead and manage an experienced sales team and develop clear growth strategies
Responsible for successfully positioning NetApp solutions in the federal market
Coach employees and drive ambitious revenue and customer-development targets
Combine result orientation, technical affinity, and the ability to build stable partnerships
Accountable for revenue, costs, target achievement, and sales performance
Plan and manage all district activities, including forecasting, marketing initiatives, relationship management, and customer retention
Build and maintain key sales opportunities at management level
Work closely with other District Managers and senior company management
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to fulfill team objectives
Identify and communicate critical developments early to senior management
Requirements
Strong analytical skills and a solid technical understanding
Several years of experience leading sales teams, preferably in the datacenter area
High communication skills, persuasiveness, and professional stakeholder management

Proven experience leading sales teams in the IT industry, ideally in storage or datacenter environments
At least 7 years of solid experience working with federal authorities and a deep understanding of structures, procurement channels, and requirements in the public sector
Completed technical or business degree, or equivalent professional experience
