About the role
- Perform and oversee bank reconciliations, payment processing and collections, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance. Work with SAP (FI), banking platforms and support audits, reporting to finance managers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor bank reconciliations of current accounts, ensuring balance accuracy and data integrity.
- Monitor and process incoming payments, ensuring compliance with the financial schedule and contractual commitments.
- Manage bank files (CNAB) for posting, settlement, and return of receivables.
- Record other non-fee revenue in the SAP ERP.
- Monitor delinquency and perform collections.
- Consolidate and organize information for reports and executive materials, communicating financial data clearly and concisely to managers and related departments.
- Assist in monitoring contracts and agreements related to collections.
- Support compliance with internal controls and policies, and assist internal and external audits by providing information, evidence, and reports.
- Support internal and external audits related to the area, including SOX.
- Support implementation of process and tool improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid experience in treasury routines and/or accounts receivable, including reconciliations, payments processing, and collections.
- Knowledge of banking platforms and SAP ERP (FI module).
- Advanced Excel (financial formulas, charts, dashboards).
