Responsibilities
Assist the Corporate Events Manager in planning and executing corporate and customer-facing events
Support trade show strategy and execution for U.S. events
Execute booth design, logistics, shipping, installation, and on-site execution
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on messaging, demonstrations, and customer engagement
Develop and manage annual event budgets and track expenses and ROI
Conduct post-event evaluations and support continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
3+ years of experience planning and executing corporate events and trade shows
Experience with multi-day trade shows and executive-level events
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% and internationally to Sweden once per year
Experience working with the U.S. Department of War highly preferred
Must be a U.S. citizen
