About the role

  • Corporate Events Professional assisting in planning and executing high-impact events for Saab, Inc. Support U.S. trade shows and corporate events aligning with business development and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Corporate Events Manager in planning and executing corporate and customer-facing events
  • Support trade show strategy and execution for U.S. events
  • Execute booth design, logistics, shipping, installation, and on-site execution
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on messaging, demonstrations, and customer engagement
  • Develop and manage annual event budgets and track expenses and ROI
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and support continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience planning and executing corporate events and trade shows
  • Experience with multi-day trade shows and executive-level events
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% and internationally to Sweden once per year
  • Experience working with the U.S. Department of War highly preferred
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
