Responsibilities
Manage the employee lifecycle from hire to exit: draft employment contracts and amendments, monitor telework arrangements and enrollments with various organizations (health insurance, provident schemes, social organizations, etc.), and handle related HR correspondence.
Skills management: participate in the recruitment process for ETAM employees (employees, technicians and supervisors) through the completion of probationary periods.
HR procedures and job descriptions: update procedures and job descriptions according to the needs of the associations.
HRIS: support the implementation of the new HRIS.
Gain exposure to how an occupational health and workplace prevention service operates.
Requirements
Education: currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or first-year Master's (M1) in Human Resources.
Skills: excellent written skills (style and spelling) and comfortable with office software (proficient in Microsoft Office).
Personal qualities: dynamic, proactive, comfortable working in a team, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
An interest in Human Resources and Employment/Labour Law!
