About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle from hire to exit: draft employment contracts and amendments, monitor telework arrangements and enrollments with various organizations (health insurance, provident schemes, social organizations, etc.), and handle related HR correspondence.
- Skills management: participate in the recruitment process for ETAM employees (employees, technicians and supervisors) through the completion of probationary periods.
- HR procedures and job descriptions: update procedures and job descriptions according to the needs of the associations.
- HRIS: support the implementation of the new HRIS.
- Gain exposure to how an occupational health and workplace prevention service operates.
Requirements
- Education: currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or first-year Master's (M1) in Human Resources.
- Skills: excellent written skills (style and spelling) and comfortable with office software (proficient in Microsoft Office).
- Personal qualities: dynamic, proactive, comfortable working in a team, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills.
- An interest in Human Resources and Employment/Labour Law!
