- Leads development of value-at-stake sizing, benefits modeling, and transformation business cases to ensure the organization focuses on the highest-impact opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, finance, economics, engineering, data science, analytics, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or transformation analytics roles.
- Demonstrated experience building business cases, performing financial modeling, and measuring operational and financial outcomes.
- Proven success collaborating across functional areas and influencing decision-making in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations and visual communication of insights.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
