Responsibilities

Represent the tax function to clients and partners, leading negotiations and aligning expectations and deliverables;
Define metrics and KPIs to monitor team performance and ensure consistent delivery of results;
Monitor changes in legislation and market conditions, ensuring processes remain up to date and compliant with best practices;
Actively participate in the company’s strategic decisions, contributing to business growth and the expansion of the department’s scope.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, with postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Taxation or related fields;
Proven experience in team management, strategic planning and client relationship management;
Strong knowledge of compliance and tax legislation;
Good knowledge of administrative tax processes and tax-related legal procedures;
Analytical mindset, strong leadership and a business-wide (systemic) perspective.
