About the role

  • Medical Liaison Manager responsible for strategic development and implementation for HealthCare Professionals in DACH. Collaborating with sales teams and strengthening stakeholder networks with evidence-based information.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the local strategic development and implementation of concepts in the area of Market Access, in particular the development and market rollout of communication concepts aimed at healthcare professionals (physicians, orthopaedic technicians, etc.)
  • You will develop measures to position our clinical findings as a differentiating factor versus competitors
  • You will implement Evidence Based Selling frameworks and leverage clinical data to create persuasive value propositions for payers and other relevant stakeholders
  • You are responsible for localizing globally translated clinical data into locally relevant, actionable tools (e.g., decision aids, summaries, presentations)
  • You conduct trainings and provide communication materials for local stakeholders
  • You are responsible for establishing and maintaining a digital, well-structured evidence library locally
  • You support and accompany congresses and symposia (digital/analog) to target healthcare professional leads and integrate them into the multiprofessional network
  • You support the field team by delivering presentations to customers (e.g., in-house trainings)

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a university degree (e.g., in Life Sciences, Medicine, Health Economics, Public Health, Sports Science or a comparable field)
  • You have relevant experience in Market Access, Health Economics or clinical communication, ideally in an international environment
  • You bring medical and therapeutic expert knowledge of neurological conditions (e.g., multiple sclerosis, stroke) and amputation
  • Market and industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual skills
  • You work independently and in a structured way with a high degree of initiative
  • You are team-oriented and communicate clearly and purposefully
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (approx. 20%)
  • Your strong customer and service orientation, presentation skills and enthusiasm for medical technology complete your profile
