About the role
- Senior Marketing and Performance Analyst leading acquisition, conversion strategies at Rumo Brasil. Utilizing data analysis for strategic decision-making to enhance marketing outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Plan, set up, monitor and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms, including A/B testing, CRO and exploration of new channels.
- Create, test and optimize audiences, segmentations, creatives and campaign structures, ensuring consistency with brand positioning.
- Manage budgets, forecast investment and maximize ROI/ROAS.
- Monitor critical KPIs (CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CVR, conversion rate), interpret results and propose strategic adjustments.
- Script and guide the creation of performance creatives aligned with brand identity and narrative.
- Prepare analytical reports and executive summaries to support decision-making.
- Ensure proper functioning and quality of tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, UTMs, events, MMPs).
- Support automation flows and integrations between campaigns, RD Station Marketing and RD Station CRM.
- Collaborate with content, design, social media, sales and product teams to ensure integrated and coherent campaigns across all touchpoints.
- Research trends, identify new acquisition, journey and retention approaches, and apply performance-driven copywriting best practices.
- Maintain organization and governance of campaigns, ensuring quality standards, documentation, processes and ongoing auditing.
- Plan, execute and optimize technical and content SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic, visibility and site performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid (Ads) and organic traffic
- Knowledge of inbound marketing and SEO techniques
- Experience with automation flows and inbound marketing tools (RD Station)
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or a related field
