Responsibilities
Develop and manage effective customer relationships and build credibility as a strategic business partner.
Experience in the aviation market, identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to meet objectives.
Gather data as it relates to material demand, forecast, and sales of jet engine spare parts.
Strategize to maintain or grow customer revenue.
Proactively sell material to capture incremental business.
Provide CSA offerings as well as incentive offerings.
Handle all aspects of customer order administration.
Support day-to-day operational issues at the customer site/business.
Work with Purchasing team for procurement and repair of material.
Participate in/lead off-hours customer support conference calls.
Establish full year and monthly financial projections/updates for customer to be incorporated into CSA sales financial plan.
Handle internal and external customers in the Asia Pacific Region.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience or an Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience
