About the role

  • Junior Event Producer coordinating K-12 programs events with a focus on B2B engagements. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners for seamless event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Research and create compelling content for conferences
  • Identify and contact delegates for speaking engagements
  • Create detailed programs with multiple sessions
  • Update conference agendas and digital assets
  • Maintain all internal databases with updated information
  • Negotiate speaker expenses within budgetary guidelines
  • Ensure smooth on-site execution
  • Collaborate with operations team for Event Operating Cadences
  • Analyze past events for new opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Background in B2B event production
  • Sales / Prospecting experience to C-level executives
  • Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented
  • Must be proactive and have the ability to work under pressure
  • Balance and prioritize multiple deadlines at once
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications
  • Experience with Canva (preferred)
