Lead the company’s growth and membership strategy to increase direct user engagement

Build, hire and mentor a high-performing growth and membership team
Build and manage the full user lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization
Define and track clear KPIs for user growth, engagement and monetization
Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless, high-value user experience
Requirements
8+ years in growth, lifecycle marketing, or membership leadership roles
Proven success driving audience growth and engagement for a consumer-facing product or media brand
Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
Strong grasp of data analytics, marketing automation, and user segmentation
Background in digital products, apps, or subscription models is a strong asset
