About the role

  • Lead the company’s growth and membership strategy to increase direct user engagement
  • Report directly to the president
  • Build, hire and mentor a high-performing growth and membership team
  • Build and manage the full user lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to retention and monetization
  • Define and track clear KPIs for user growth, engagement and monetization
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless, high-value user experience

Requirements

  • 8+ years in growth, lifecycle marketing, or membership leadership roles
  • Proven success driving audience growth and engagement for a consumer-facing product or media brand
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong grasp of data analytics, marketing automation, and user segmentation
  • Background in digital products, apps, or subscription models is a strong asset
