About the role

  • Sales Engineer responsible for generating leads, presenting products, and closing deals in a technical sales role. Collaborating across divisions to ensure client satisfaction and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads
  • Conduct product presentations and demos
  • Negotiate with clients and close deals
  • Prepare and approve sales quotations
  • Coordinate across divisions to ensure order fulfillment and payment
  • Report regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) on sales activity and performance
  • Maintain client records and attend internal sales meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any major)
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in industrial products
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and ethical
  • Strong presentation and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
