Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media plan to drive awareness and engagement to RS UK&IE
Deliver a content strategy that is best in class, targeted and relevant to our audiences
Develop and activate a paid media plan that aligns to our agreed KPIs and budgets
Work with key stakeholders to agree and set KPIs and SLAs
Measure and report on performance of social media platforms and paid activity
Manage relationships with relevant agencies and group functions
Be the expert and voice for the market in social media
Requirements
Previous experience working in a Social Media related role in a marketing or Digital environment
Experience using social media tools to monitor and report on channel performance
Experience of both organic and paid campaign set up and management
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective approaches to engage that audience
Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
Ability to use knowledge and experience of external best practice to shape marketing assets and delivery
Ability to work collaboratively with peers and across teams and cultures
Excellent communication and networking skills in a global team environment
Self-starter with the ability to identify new opportunities
