About the role

  • Junior Social Media Editor planning and coordinating editorial content for social media and digital channels at C3 Creative Code and Content. Collaborating with teams for effective marketing and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, coordinating and producing editorial content for social media and digital channels
  • Contributing to content, feature and social formats—from concept through to publishing
  • Independently researching, writing, editing and adapting content for target audiences and platforms
  • Editorial content planning, including maintaining publishing schedules and meeting deadlines
  • Community management and interaction in line with each brand’s voice
  • Close collaboration with editorial, design and project management teams to optimize visuals and copy
  • Supporting monitoring, extracting learnings and further developing formats and processes

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in journalism, media, communications or a related field
  • Initial hands-on experience in editorial work, an agency or digital publishing
  • Genuine interest in news, trends and platform mechanics
  • Strong sense for language, confident writing and a knack for social copy
  • Experience with CMS, social media platforms and ideally SEO
  • Organizational talent and a structured way of working—even when handling multiple topics in parallel
  • Team player mindset, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Excellent German skills and good English
