About the role

  • Key Account Manager managing B2B client portfolio in a leading fintech company. Focused on client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage RPE's client portfolio;
  • Build close, strategic relationships with active clients;
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell, and product/service expansion opportunities;
  • Act as the focal point between the client and internal areas (product, operations, technology);
  • Monitor churn, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction metrics;
  • Lead renegotiations, contract reviews, and renewals when applicable;
  • Support the Head of Sales in defining strategies to grow the customer base;
  • Ensure recording and governance of information in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a B2B portfolio, preferably in consultative sales with long, complex cycles;
  • Experience in the financial services, credit, or payments industry;
  • Relational, consultative profile with a results orientation;
  • Analytical ability to identify expansion opportunities;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and tracking performance metrics.
