About the role

  • Senior Sales Development Representative at ROI, enhancing customer experiences in the automotive sector. Blend of technology and marketing in a hybrid working setting.

Responsibilities

  • Work on our complex OEM/Leasing Company Prospecting Campaigns
  • Use CRM and sales intelligence tools to manage and optimise the pipeline
  • Apply structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDPIC, BANT)
  • Consistently deliver high-quality appointments and conversion outcomes
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to best practice, process improvement and innovation
  • Support ROI’s continued leadership in AI-enabled sales strategies, blending data, insight and human conversation

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales development or appointment-setting experience
  • A consultative sales approach with strong questioning and listening skills
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital prospecting tools (Salesforce desirable)
  • Understanding of structured sales methodologies and sales processes
  • Experience within automotive, leasing or fleet environments (highly desirable)
  • A strong ownership mindset with consistent performance delivery
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining quality conversations
  • Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team success
