About the role

Responsibilities
- Support for investment and fundraising projects – from initial analysis through to successful completion
- Preparation of financial models, business plans and investor presentations to evaluate business models and investment opportunities
- Market, competitor and company analyses to identify trends and investment opportunities
- Preparation for and participation in client meetings, pitches and investor discussions
- Participation in M&A transactions, including company valuation, due diligence and transaction structuring
- Preparation of decision papers and research reports for management and investors
- Ongoing monitoring of capital markets and relevant industry developments
Requirements
- Completed degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Economics (Volkswirtschaft) or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, Private Equity or Consulting is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and confident use of financial models and common tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, optionally PitchBook/Capital IQ/Mergermarket/Crunchbase)
- High interest in entrepreneurship, capital markets and strategic corporate development
- Structured, precise and self-reliant working style – even under time pressure
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Team spirit, initiative and readiness to take on responsibility in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
