About the role

  • New Capacity Partner Manager at Rockwell Automation focusing on revenue growth via System Integrators in emerging Industry Verticals within Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Lifecycle Management
  • Develop a partner-centric strategy for defined industry verticals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard partners with strong industry domain & technical capabilities linked to defined Industry Verticals.
  • Lead co selling activities with SI partners and Authorised Distributor NHP.
  • Run quarterly business reviews with key SIs; capture actions and track follow‑through.
  • Foster long-term relationships to ensure mutual growth and innovation.
  • Manage Partner Enablement of the Rockwell Automation Tech Stack.
  • Data, Reporting & Insights
  • Rockwell Automation uses SaleForce CRM.
  • You will manage sales funnel and sales activities within SalesForce CRM.
  • You will provide Quarterly orders forecast and Monthly reviews against forecast.
  • Cross‑Functional Alignment
  • Partner with Sales Leaders, Finance, Partner Enablement, Business Units, and Distributor teams to align commercial programs and execution.
  • Collaborate with Legal/Compliance on program terms, communications, and risk mitigation.
  • KPI's How is Success Managed Revenue Growth within Assigned Industry Verticals & SI Partners.
  • Grow Opportunity Funnel within CRM SalesForce.
  • Identify automation opportunities and standardize playbooks for partners.
  • Drive VOC feedback loops; implement corrective actions to improve partner satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Interfaces Internal: Sales leadership, Finance, Partner Enablement, Legal/Compliance, IT/CRM, Commercial teams.
  • External: SI principals and operations leads; Authorised Distributor NHP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years in channel/partner management, market access, or program management (Automation &/or Digital Software Sales).
  • Industry Vertical Knowledge for DataCentre & New Energy.
  • Demonstrated experience in quota carrying roles & indirect sales.
  • Proficiency CRM such as SaleForce, MS Dynamics
