About the role

  • Assistant Family Office Relationship Manager aiding Senior Relationship Managers with client support. Focus on high-net-worth clients and providing a concierge-level client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Relationship Managers in servicing complex accounts for high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
  • Act as a point of contact for routine client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Prepare client-facing materials, including proposals, insurance summaries, and meeting documentation.
  • Process policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes accurately and on time.
  • Issue Auto ID cards, certificates of insurance, and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Perform policy and binder checks for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and agency management systems (AMS360, EPIC, WorkSmart).
  • Assist in reviewing insurance portfolios for coverage gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Compile data for account reviews and strategic planning.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives for the Family Office team.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or client support roles, ideally with exposure to high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong understanding of Personal Lines and Private Client insurance products.
  • Experience with high-net-worth carriers and complex coverage structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills a plus.
  • Familiarity with agency management systems (AMS360, EPIC, WorkSmart preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) license within 90 days of hire.
