  • Account Manager managing daily client service needs in a Property & Casualty brokerage. Overseeing renewal strategy and support for proposals, claims, and client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily client service needs for a designated book of business
  • Participate in renewal strategy including market discussion, claims reviews, and exposure gathering
  • Support placement process including proposals and binding
  • Issue certificates, invoices, policy/endorsement/audit checking
  • Process monthly, quarterly, or annual audits and reports

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience in a Property & Casualty brokerage environment
  • Knowledge of Property & Casualty business
  • Ability to follow process and procedures guidance
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Hold Insurance licenses as required by the Company
